THE APPROACH

A critical friend, not another inspection.

I work alongside your department to understand its strengths and identify useful next steps. The review is collaborative and developmental, with practical recommendations shaped around your context rather than inspection grades.

My experience includes preparing for and working through ISI and Ofsted inspections, alongside monitoring visits for the A Level practical endorsement. That experience informs a supportive, practical approach to improvement.
